Katie is a native of Montgomery County and grew up in Rockville with her five siblings.  She currently lives in Olney where she is a single parent to her three active teenagers with all the confusion and chaos that implies. 

She has been a full-time licensed residential real estate agent in Maryland since 1987 and was a founding partner in two successful real estate offices in Montgomery and Frederick Counties.  Katie has weathered the cycles of our market from the bad times of the early nineties to the boom years we have recently enjoyed and knows how to work through them all with patience, professionalism and success always keeping the best interests of her clients and customers as her primary goal.  Katie prides herself in knowing that 99% of her business is generated from personal referrals and repeat clients who value the quality and care she gives to their needs.   The respect and collegial relationship she has with her peers is the ultimate endorsement of her status in the industry as a true professional.
