(Flaherty Group) was founded in 1972 with the desire to create an organization dedicated to cooperation, controlled growth, and the education and professionalism of our sales associates and administrative staff. In 1975, Paul Flaherty, Jr. introduced the first Guaranteed Sales Program in Montgomery County. In fact, similar programs available today have adopted his original format and guidelines, making them an accepted industry standard. No other program, however, is as aggressive or successful.
